Rachel + Stuart Married! | Sneak Peak

I can’t think of a better way to kick-off  2011 than by posting Rachel and Stuart's wedding sneak peak! On a brisk Sunday in December, Rachel and Stuart created an intimate day filled with lots of love, family and friends. It started with a beautiful ceremony followed by a relaxed Sunday brunch. The whole day was warm and inviting, fun and laid back. They made each other smile and laugh and absolutely lit up when they saw each other.

I am honored that they trusted me to capture their special day. Enjoy their slideshow!

Giving Back : Bethesda Maryland Photographer

Last week I had the opportunity to participate in an event that benefitted the Lourie Center and allowed me to give back to the community. The Holiday Giving Concert event at Kidville in Bethesda included a Little Maestros concert, pizza and photos with Santa. Everyone really enjoyed themselves and it was a successful event organized by Onesiesdc.com. Even better, the Lourie center families all received awesome holiday gifts graciously donated by the families of Onesies and Kidville.

The Lourie Center is an early head start program that provides comprehensive, year-round, child and family services to low-income families. Families are linked to community resources such as food, clothing, housing, child care, employment, English classes, health care and mental counseling.

Here are a few of the pictures that I took. Everyone loved meeting Santa!

All Smiles : Bethesda MD Baby Photographer

Baby N was one of the most smiley little ones I have photographed! He was so well behaved, we had a great time getting him to laugh and smile and let his personality shine through.  I could have photographed him all day. It was so much fun to meet your family - thanks for coming to the studio and introducing me to your sweetheart!

It's a tie between the next two for my favorite. Those eyes are amazing!

To be Two : Bethesda, MD Child Photographer

A and his parents came to the studio for some holiday portraits last weekend. Two year olds are so cute! He had such personality it was so much fun to capture his many faces on camera. Since they haven't selected the images for their holiday cards yet and I don't want to spoil the surprise, I'm only going to share two! :)

Just a reminder that one of the products I offer is custom cards. If you are interested in birth announcements, birthday party invitations, save the dates, or holiday cards using images from your session just send me an email for more information.

Sweet Baby T : Washington DC Newborn Photographer

I met K & D because their dear friends bought them a gift certificate for a newborn photo session. I love the idea and encourage people to give the gift of newborn photos as a baby gift. Giving new parents the opportunity to have their baby documented during this special time is a heartfelt gift. And it's something they will never grow out of!
K contacted me when she recieved her gift and we made a plan to meet around her due date. Well her little one had his own plans and decided to arrive a little bit early! A few weeks ago, I was welcomed into the R family home to meet their sweet little boy. He was so adorable and we got some beautiful images. Here are a few of my favorites from our session.  Congratulations and welcome to the world Baby T!
